What is it?
Monthly or quarterly one-to-one support with me, Sophie Davies, is a hybrid of the practical side of business consulting with a gentler coaching approach. My hourly sessions offer strategic big picture thinking and goal setting with managable action steps and accountilbilty. My process is grounded in my British cultural practice of working through something over a friendly cuppa so you feel less alone in your visioning and decision process.
Running or launching a business while navigating the complex aspects of selling yourself, being visible on social media, and generating sales can be challenging. It can also be less daunting with a thought partner who brings brand strategy, PR, events, and marketing expertise to the table, and hold space for you as we work together.

About Sophie Davies
I am a brand consultant and group facilitator specializing in community events, brand strategy, and marketing for female-owned businesses. I have a background in PR, branding, marketing, events, sales, and business development in the U.K. and the U.S. Over the past 25 years I have worked with an international portfolio of fashion and lifestyle brands in the U.K. and the U.S. including Lacoste, Calvin Klein, Benetton, Esprit, Birkenstock, The Exploratorium, The Hivery, Kennedy Events, and Crown and Crumpet.
I offer 1:1 consulting with service-based and product-based businesses on a monthly or quarterly basis. My passion is to bring business owners together to support and nurture each other so that they feel less overwhelmed and more connected to the thing that brings them joy.
I believe that women can enjoy their work more if they design a values-based vision and process that generates a sustainable workload and develops a rewarding outcome for both their customers and themselves.
How To Book A Session:
Consulting with Sophie is booked in one-hour segments that can be virtual (new clients) or in-person (existing clients) over a cuppa at my favorite tea spots in Marin County, CA.
