Business coach Sophie Davies runs a planning and accountability group that helps busy working women, like you, set goals and establish your priorities for the week so that you have more time for what matters most to you.
How It Works
The weekly interactive 1-hour session over 6- weeks offers a structured way to get accountability, coaching, set goals, and plan your week over the time it takes to enjoy your morning cuppa!
It is an opportunity to balance productivity with well-being, by connecting with others and setting a positive tone for your week ahead. Be intentional about how you use your time and energy, and identify what’s most important (and less so), so that you feel less overwhelmed and more in control.
You will also get to know your community-centered cohort by sharing how you got on the week before, celebrating your wins, and setting your declaration for the week ahead.
Your facilitator and coach Sophie provides time management and mindset support plus business development, branding, and marketing expertise from 25 years of experience.
You will achieve the following:
Prioritize your weekly professional and personal projects and tasks with action steps
Get a successful framework and tool to manage your time better
Get on-the-spot coaching with Sophie on specific challenges
Move forward each week in a productive way with accountability checks ins
Establish weekly rewards to improve motivation and morale
Get the recording & notes if unable to join live
Celebrate big and small wins with a community centered cohort who support and collaborate with each other outside our sessions together.
We Go Further Together in Community
It is important for each participant to feel seen and heard. We limit the cohort to 10 women so that everyone gets to check in and verbally sets their intentions for the week. The collective nature of these virtual sessions contributes towards improving connectivity with others, collaboration and support (particularly when running a business by yourself).
The act of getting more specific about what you want (and don’t want) and then redirecting your energy towards it will help you feel more aligned and productive particularly as we navigate an ongoing pandemic.
When is it?

“I love how I start my week listening to all the women in the group speak about the very real challenges we are all facing. It’s been a very grounded way to start my week and I’m finding that connecting my week to a feeling and making it value driven has been a game changer.”
